Terms

• Registration for a trip is easy: you are welcome to register by phone, letter or e-mail
• A deposit of £175 (non returnable) per person will assure your place on a trip. An information package will be sent to you including: Medical form, itinerary and equipment list
• We will require the full payment 60 days before your departure date.
• If you have to cancel your booking (and we cannot fill your place), then a sliding refund scale will apply. Details are provided with your information package.
• The minimum number of participants for a tour to run is six.
